The Trainee Program at Souza Cruz is part of the organization’s business strategy and has the main objective of developing managers. At the end of the program, according to his or her performance, a trainee can become a manager in one of the areas of the company.

We focus on developing young people with high potential, ensuring that the company’s managers are leaders who will plan and build the future of the organization.

Applications from July, 2012.

Prerequisites:

  • Undergraduate degree completed between December, 2009 and December, 2012;
  • Geographic mobility; 
  •  Fluent English;
  • Good knowledge of information technology.

Our Trainees make a difference

The purpose of the program is to populate the managerial pipeline by developing leaders whose profiles are in line with our leadership model and who have a broad vision of Souza Cruz’s business, as well as to develop a critical mass that functions as a role model among the young managers, positively influencing the group: the viral effect.

The program lasts 24 months. As from the 18th month trainees can already assume the position of Manager, receiving support and coaching over the remaining months.

Throughout the program, the trainee participates in the Academy Trainee, which is held by COPPEAD / UFRJ, with numerous training and development activities that include knowledge of all areas of business and his/her functional area, besides specific activities to the management development.

To enhance the learning, there are also activities on-the-job, lectures, participation in projects and coach.
